Our equipments are batch systems with treatment in autoclave, consisting in:

  • VI (vacuum impregnation) machines;
  • VPI (vacuum & pressure impregnation) machines;

Our machines are manufactured with:

  • standard configurations;
  • ATEX configurations for explosive resins and/or explosive environment.

A particular attention is put for resin preparation. All our systems are carefully design to provide correct thermoregulation and deaeration in the storage tank to ensure the best impregnation result.

Application is in ENERGY market of POWER PLANTS and Energy DISTRIBUTION and TRANSMISSION, as well as in Electromechanical products .

Our systems are dedicated to electrical machine manufacturers and repair shops of motors and transformers. In particular regarding :

  • Windings for synchronous and asynchronous motors (stators and rotors), generators, in medium and high voltage.
  • primary and secondary voltage windings of single phase and three phases Cast Resin Transformers (CRT), Oil type transformers, Drytype transformers and OP (open-ventilated) type.
  • Magnetic cores of reactors and transformers.
