We present you a VPI system, fully innovative, for HV rotating machines impregnation 3 months design 4 months manufacturing 1 month test 30.000 liters of capacity We have developed a system designed to be perfectly integrated into customer production process. The design and the manufacturing are based on a technological package which includes resin with high performance and low environment impact. Our designers have developed technological and process innovations to accomplish quality, productivity and sustainability targets.
REDUCE THE DRYING TIME OF ACTIVE PARTS
With our thermo vacuum vacuum ovens and chambers.
Our ovens implement COLD WALL thermo vacuum technology, combining the effect of vacuum and temperature in one single process to reduce the drying time of windings/active parts.
Flexible full and/or partial IPL (Intermediate Pressure Lowering) processes are possible to adapt different production and productivity need.
Monitoring RGA devices can be integrated to achieve perfect end-point process.
Our ovens are provided in turnkey solution with rectangular and circular shape.
Different systems for opening door (vertical/lateral sliding, sliding compact, etc.) are provided to match multiple installation area requirements.
Accurate vacuum and temperature control with different cycle steps configuration complete the whole drying process management.
The oven can be equipped also with oil filling system and management .
